- Private equity investment: Advising a fast-growing private capital asset manager on its acquisition of a leading corporate restructuring provider.
- Travel: Advising the shareholders of a travel group through two rounds of time critical investment.
- Technology: Advising the shareholders of an IT specialist business on its sale to a next-generation managed services provider.
- Reorganisation: Advising on a complex group reorganisation involving eleven jurisdictions.
