Kiu is a solicitor in the Real Estate Team. She has a breadth of experience, including advising clients on the sale and acquisition of commercial property, landlord and tenant work, and portfolio management.
Experience
- Commercial leases: advising on the grant, renewal, surrender, and acquisition of leases in retail, business, and office spaces.
- Energy and Utilities: working with the UK’s largest distribution network operator, national utility companies, code operators and landowners in negotiating wayleaves, substation leases and code agreements.
