Lily trained at a law firm based in Manchester before qualifying as a banking and finance solicitor in October 2022. She has experience advising a range of borrowers and lenders in relation to real estate finance, acquisition finance and general corporate lending, working on both domestic and cross border transactions.
Within the real estate finance sector, she has experience advising in relation to the financing of hotels and operational assets, PRS and PBSA sectors and development financing.

- Care home financing advice: Advised a lender in relation to a £35 million facility to finance a group of care homes.
- Warehouse and storage facilities lender finance advice: Advised a lender in relation to a £13 million facility to finance the development of warehouse and storage facilities.
- Real estate investment fund: Advised a real estate investment fund in relation to its £44 million refinance of a large residential asset.
- Lead German counsel: Assisted lead German counsel as English advisers to the borrower on a €150 million refinance by a raw materials manufacturer of its corporate facilities.
- Infrastructure investment: Advised an infrastructure investment fund in relation to refinancing its £150 million revolving credit facilities.
