Lucinda is a solicitor in the Environment team.
She has experience advising public and private sector clients on a broad range of environmental law and regulation, including on ESG risk and strategy, and corporate governance and reporting arrangements. She also provides environmental support on corporate transactions.
Experience
- ESG governance and strategy: Advising listed and private companies in a variety of sectors on their ESG obligations.
- ESG disclosure obligations: Advising a wide range of clients on their ESG and environmental disclosure obligations, including in relation to new regimes such as the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
- Transactional: Providing specialist advice for M&A transactions to corporate and institutional buyers and sellers. Advice focussed on traditional environmental matters and broader ESG related matters such as supply chains and climate.
