Lucy joined Burges Salmon in September 2022 having previously worked in the telecommunication sector. She is the primary coordinator for the on-boarding of all new joiners across our Legal, Business Professional, and CST departments. She plays a crucial role in creating and managing the induction and integration process for every new joiner.
