Lucy joined Burges Salmon in 2016, starting of in the Front of House team. She then moved over to the Resourcing team in 2018 where she starting working within the Emerging Talent team focusing on trainee recruitment and early careers. Lucy’s main focus now is working with schools, our work experience programmes (including Bright Sparks) and apprenticeship recruitment.
