Madison specialises in advising clients within the transport sector on rail and bus operational matters, regulatory issues and ticketing arrangements.
She has extensive experience working for both public and private sector clients, with a particular focus on asset management and procurement of rolling stock, zero-emission buses and associated EV infrastructure.
Experience
- FirstGroup: Advising on the £500m procurement of Class 80x rolling stock under a manufacture and supply agreement to be leased to FirstGroup’s open access business and to be maintained by Hitachi Rail Ltd.
- Rock Road: Advising on a series of transactions made under Rock Road’s £100m funding platform for the sale and lease-back of zero-emission buses deployed on routes throughout London.
- Transport for Wales: Advising on various rail operational matters and rolling stock arrangements, including in relation to leasing, maintenance and technical support.
- Rail Delivery Group: Advising on ticketing and servicing arrangements, including in relation to nation-wide rollout of PAYG.
- FirstBus: Advising on various matters, including in relation to EV charging arrangements and bus franchising schemes.
- Transport for London: Advising on the procurement for services related to the treatment of hazardous materials across the TfL network under a multi-supplier framework.
