Magnus leads the Dispute Resolution team in Scotland. He is an experienced litigator, with a practice that covers all dispute forums from the Court of Session, Sheriff Courts, arbitrations, mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Additionally, he advises energy companies on a range of energy and real estate related disputes. His expertise also extends to insolvency, professional negligence, regulatory matters and judicial review.
