Manahil is a solicitor in the Corporate and M&A team, based in the firm’s Edinburgh office.
She has experience advising a range of clients, including private companies, funds and private individuals on a variety of matters, many with a cross-border element. These include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, group reorganisations and general corporate governance matters.
Manahil has advised clients on both UK and cross-border transactions across a range of sectors, including Transport, Technology, Space, Renewable Energy, Food & Drink and Financial Services.
