Natalie Cross Probate Practitioner (CILEx)

Natalie is a Probate Practitioner who deals with the administration of all types of estates including reseals of foreign grants in the UK and estates with international aspects.

• Acting on an estate where the codicil was called into question and providing the relevant proof to the Probate Registry;
• Acting on a number of reseals of grants of probate to a UK grant under the Colonial Probate Acts 1892;
• Acting on estates with complex asset arrangements including shareholdings with beneficiaries in a different jurisdiction.
