He has worked on complex and high-profile matters, including the Grenfell Tower Inquiry, and has experience handling disclosure-heavy disputes and managing large-scale document review exercises.
Nathan has also developed experience in the application of AI within legal processes, particularly in the context of disclosure and privilege. He maintains a strong interest in the relationship between law and sport, regularly analysing developments in sports regulation and governance.
