Navjote is business development manager for the firm’s Energy and Utilities team and Projects department. She works closely with the five key sub sectors, namely energy transition, water, nuclear, renewables, waste and the circular economy.
She plays a crucial role in driving growth and fostering client relationships, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge to expand the firm’s market presence. She works closely with lawyers to develop and implement strategic plans, while also analysing market trends and competitor activities. Navjote also coordinates marketing efforts, including client proposals, and presentations, ensuring the firm’s services align with client needs.
Through networking, attending industry events, and building partnerships, she supports the firm’s reputation and growth in the Energy and Utilities department and for the Projects team.
