Nicole trained at Burges Salmon and qualified into the Dispute Resolution team in September 2024.
She now sits within the Investigations and Inquiries team and she has particular experience in dealing with sensitive and high-profile incidents.
Her experience includes regulatory investigation, public inquiries and criminal prosecutions, including those by the Office of Rail and Road. As part of her public inquiry experience, Nicole has been part of the Solicitor to the Inquiry team on the UK Covid-19 Inquiry, and the Thirlwall Inquiry.

- Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry: Member of the team advising a core participant on the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry.
- Transport sector client: Acting for a transport sector client in relation to prosecutions by the Office of Rail and Road for alleged breaches of health and safety law.
