Olivia trained at Burges Salmon and qualified into the Banking and Finance team in September 2023.
She has a wide range of banking experience advising lenders, borrowers and debt funds on multi-jurisdictional transactions in relation to real estate finance, acquisition finance, infrastructure finance and general corporate lending.
Experience
- Pluto Property Finance: Advised Pluto Property Finance on a £55 million development facility for a 200-unit Build-to-Rent scheme in Brentford.
- Rock Road: Advised Rock Road on debt facilities from Aviva, HSBC UK and the National Wealth Fund with a combined value of up to £100 million to fund up to 250 zero-emission buses and associated infrastructure throughout London.
- International private equity firm: Advised an international private equity firm on the Scots-law security package on the refinancing of a portfolio of hotels in the United Kingdom across two separate facilities of up to £500 million in aggregate.
- Lloyds Banking Group: Advised Lloyds Banking Group in connection with a secured revolving credit facility for the development of residential property located in Edinburgh.
- The Safeguarding Company: Advised the shareholders of The Safeguarding Company on the financing aspects of its acquisition by Tes.
