Paul Haggett Partner

Paul is the firm’s general counsel and also has the roles of COLP, MLRO and DPO.

Paul has been a partner in the firm for 26 years and prior to taking up the general counsel role, was head of the firm’s disputes, planning and construction department. He is a solicitor advocate and a qualified mediator.

• Acting for Airbus in a leading, recently reported case concerning secret profit (Airbus v Withey & Others).
• Acting for credit hire companies in a series of test cases proceeding to the Court of Appeal.
• Acting for Smart Parking Ltd and Premier Telecom Ltd in disputes arising from the sale and purchase of companies.
• Pursuing a professional negligence claim against a firm of accountants who acted as the independent expert in a dispute over the valuation of shares in a private limited company.
