Penny is a senior associate in the firm’s Real Estate Disputes team. She advises clients on a wide range of contentious real estate issues, and focuses particularly on advising landlords and corporate occupiers and is recognised as having considerable experience dealing with rent reviews, lease interpretation, end of lease and termination issues.

She also has significant experience advising landowners and developers on all aspects of the development life cycle.
