Rachael is an experienced former litigator, now focusing on strategic business development, professional services pricing and legal operations. She sits within the Dispute Resolution team, working with her colleagues to help clients arrive at the right solution to their issue, minimising impact and maximising success. Rachael is an Accredited Legal Pricing Professional (ALPP) and Certified Coach.
Previously, she was a professional indemnity lawyer, advising and defending law firms facing allegations of negligence. She also advised leading insurers in the professional indemnity market on policy fraud and dishonesty issues.
Since joining the firm in 2016, Rachael has focused on supporting the dispute resolution team across a range of operational issues, including strategic business development, commercial pricing including the development of CFAs and DBAs and risk.
