Rachel is London Head of Residential Property. She advises UK and international private clients, investors, developers, trustees and financial institutions in relation to high-value residential property transactions.
Rachel has extensive experience across all elements of residential property, including the acquisition and disposal of prime London properties, landlord and tenant matters (including enfranchisement), and the refinancing of luxury residential assets. She also advises on complex site structuring for new-build residential schemes.
Rachel works closely with colleagues across the firm’s Real Estate, Private Client, and Banking teams to deliver tailored advice on all aspects of residential property ownership and investment. She combines technical expertise with a practical, collaborative approach, helping clients to navigate complex transactions and smoothly achieve their objectives.
Experience
- Private Client: Purchase of £15.4m penthouse in Holland Park.
- Private Client: Sale of a £8m apartment in Hampstead.
- Private Client: Purchase, refinance and subsequent enfranchisement of a property in Park Lane for £30m.
- Developer Client: Site set up and sales of new build residential units totalling £1.5bn over 4 years.
