About
Rahul is a legal advisor in the Banking and Finance team, having joined the firm in September 2026. He advises lenders, borrowers and sponsors on a range of financing transactions, with particular experience in real estate finance, corporate lending and project finance.
Prior to joining the team, Rahul trained at an international law firm in Edinburgh and completed a banking secondment to the firm’s Dublin office.
Experience
- Advised on a £57 million development and investment facility supporting the development of a hotel scheme in London.
- Advised on the financing of a 25-year €380 million higher education public-private partnership project in Ireland.
- Advised on a £65 million receivables financing facility provided to a leading Scottish timber business.
- Advised on the amendment and restatement of a €50 million facility agreement relating to the financing of two PBSA developments in Ireland.
