- Development of a UK harbour site: Advised on a large scale development of a UK harbour site comprising high quality residential apartments, commercial retail and restaurant units.
- Sovereign wealth fund: Assists a sovereign wealth fund with the asset management of a portfolio of commercial properties.
- Renewable energy clients: Acts for a number of renewable energy clients including work on options and leases.
