She also has experience in UK real estate portfolio management (including acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant work).

- Stevenage Borough Council: Acting for Stevenage Borough Council on a mixed use town centre regeneration project to provide 3,500 new homes, a new retail centre and a public hub for health and public sector occupiers.
- Greater London Authority: Acting for Greater London Authority on the procurement of a development partner for the £1 billion regeneration of the Albert Island site at the eastern end of the Royal Dock.
- Transport for Wales Government: Acting for Transport for Wales Government on the transfer of 87 miles of railway track in Wales from Network Rail to Transport for Wales.
- The Crown Estate: Acting for The Crown Estate in connection with their substantial Core and St. James’ portfolios.
- Waterstones: Acting for Waterstones in relation to their UK real estate portfolio.
- Various renewable energy companies: Acting for various renewable energy companies on the acquisition of renewable energy assets.
