Rhys is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate team. His wide range of experience includes acting on behalf of public and not-for-profit organisations, individuals, developers, public and private sector clients in relation to acquisitions, disposals, development transactions, promotion agreements, portfolio management and landlord and tenant matters. Rhys also handles property aspects of corporate transactions.

Within the development sector, he has experience in assisting clients with bringing sites forward for development by providing strategic and innovative advice on how to resolve complex practical and legal issues. Within the investment/property management sectors, Rhys has experience in advising clients on all landlord and tenant matters, letting arrangements and the restructuring of leases.

Taking the time to get to know his clients and their objectives, he is known for establishing effective relationships with and for his clients, who look to him as a trusted adviser.
