Richard is an associate in the firm’s transactional Real Estate team, having joined Burges Salmon in March 2024.
He has comprehensive experience in working with a wide range of real estate sector clients, including corporate investors, landlords and tenants, developers and lenders, on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, from sales and purchases, leasing, asset management and development work, to dealing with the real estate aspects for financing, M&A and corporate transactions.
Experience
- Institutional UK investor: Leading in the purchase of a £30 million mixed use development in the centre of Bath.
- Industrial asset investor: Leading in the real estate element of a corporate purchase of a £22 million logistics asset.
- Property owner: Advising on rights of light releases for a property owner in central London.
- Institutional landlords and tenants: Dealing with asset management matters on behalf of both institutional landlords and tenants across England and Wales.
