About

Rob is a senior associate in the firm’s Real Estate Dispute Resolution team. He primarily focuses on landlord and tenant property disputes including lease renewals, forfeiture, rent recovery, breaches of lease and dilapidations in the commercial sector. He acts for clients across all sectors on contentious and risk management issues relating to their real estate portfolios.

He has particular experience on property matters with a telecoms, development or insolvency angle. Rob also specialises in contentious insolvency matters, particularly those with a real estate focus. He regularly advises landowners and developers on development matters, including high profile development agreement disputes and post-completion matters.
