- Private and institutional landowners: Advising private and institutional landowners on issues such as enforcement of restrictive covenants, rights of way, adverse possession and boundary disputes.
- Partnership disputes: Advising on a range of issues relating to partnership disputes.
- Breach of contract claims: Advising private individuals and companies on breach of contract claims.
