Sally-Anne is a senior associate in the firm’s Real Estate team with over 15 year’s experience of transactional commercial property work in a variety of industries and sectors. She specialises in real estate development with particular emphasis on complex, large scale development projects.
She has experience of advising public sector, institutional and private sector clients on freehold acquisitions and disposals and strategic development projects including advising consortia of landowners. Sally-Anne joined the firm in 2005.
Experience
- Aviva Investors and Lands Improvement: Advising the consortium of landowners in relation to Linmere, a 630 acre, 5000+ unit residential led scheme including 2m sq.ft of commercial space, several schools, leisure facilities and related infrastructure.
- Greater London Authority: Advising in connection with its development at Beam Park, Dagenham comprising 3,500+ houses, a railway station, medical centre, school, multi-faith space, retail, leisure and community facilities.
- A consortium of commercial and residential developer landowners: Acting for the consortium in relation to a mixed use development at Coton Park, Rugby which comprises circa 850 homes, a hotel and significant commercial and industrial space.
- Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office: Advising in relation to overseas embassy requirements.
- Various landowners: Advising on strategic land matters typically involving the disposal of land to developers by way of option and conditional contract.
