About
Sam is a solicitor in the Real Estate team, having joined after training at other Bristol firms. He has a breadth of experience, advising clients on the sale and acquisition of commercial property, residential development, landlord and tenant work, and portfolio and asset management.
Sam works on a variety of real estate matters, in particular in relation to energy projects and commercial property.
Experience
- Developers: acting on the acquisition and financing of development land, set up of development, plot sales, and land exit
- Commercial leases: advising on the grant, renewal, surrender, and taking of leases in retail, business, and office spaces
- Real estate assets: working with clients on the management and disposal of various real estate assets and portfolios, both leasehold and freehold
