About
Sarah is a senior associate, specialising in complex financial settlements on divorce, marital agreements (pre and post nuptial) and disputes arising from unmarried relationships. She also has significant experience in arrangements for children including contact arrangements, financial provision for children, education, and domestic / international relocation cases.
She regularly deals with cases involving allegations of domestic abuse where non-molestation and occupation orders are required.
Sarah is a member of Resolution, a committee member of the National Resolution Cohabitation Committee, and has recently become Chair of Bristol Young Resolution. She is also actively involved in the Bristol Law Society.
