About
Simon is a senior associate in the firm’s Real Estate team having joined the firm in 2020, after training and working as a solicitor London. He acts for both private and public clients on a wide range of commercial property, including the acquisition and disposal of investment properties and the negotiation of commercial leases and asset management work on behalf of both landlord and tenants of office, retail and industrial/logistics premises.
He has particular experience in acting for institutional landlords on their central London portfolios and corporate occupiers on office relocations.
Simon also has experience in real estate finance, corporate real estate and property elements of corporate restructuring and insolvency transactions.

- The Leathersellers’ Company: Advising in connection with its Bishopsgate portfolio in the City of London.
- LGPS Central: Advising in connection with LGPS Central’s UK Direct Property Fund’s investment acquisitions of retail and industrial estates in Greater London.
- Global manufacturer: On its UK HQ office relocation, involving the sale of its existing headquarters and lease negotiation for a new office building in London.
- East Hampshire District Council: Advising in connection with its Rams Walk shopping centre estate in Petersfield, Hampshire.
- Trivela Group: Acting for an American sports investment firm in its investment in Walsall FC.
