His team provides advice on a wide range of matters including dealing with the administration of land reverting to The Crown Estate at common law, under the doctrine of escheat, electric vehicle charging point leases, and the sales of freehold and leasehold properties.

- The Crown Estate: Acting on a variety of matters including sales of residential and commercial property and dealing with the administration of land reverting to The Crown Estate at common law, under the doctrine of escheat.
- Financial Lenders: Acting for major financial lenders on an assortment of transactions including refinances, redemptions, security audits, new lending and auditing security documentation.
- Fixed Charge Receivers: Acting for fixed charge receivers in real estate insolvency matters.
- DIO: Acting for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation on a variety of matters including the negotiation of leases, easements, deeds of covenant and licenses.
- Electric Charging Operator: Acting for an electric vehicle charging point operator in taking leases of electric vehicle charging points.
- UK Property Developer: Acting for a major UK property developer in connection with a wide range of development work, including assistance with site acquisitions, set-ups, negotiation of statutory agreements and the sales of completed freehold and leasehold properties.
