About

Zoë is head of the firm’s Residential Real Estate team, specialising in the sale, purchase, mortgaging and de-enveloping of high net worth residential properties and advice on enfranchisement and lease extension claims. She specialises in complex residential property transactions for private individuals, on- shore and off-shore companies, family offices, trust structures, UK and overseas banks and other financial institutions and has particular experience in the prime London market, and further in the Home Counties, the Cotswolds, and Devon and Cornwall prime residences.

Zoë is ranked as a National Leader (Outside London) in Band 1 of Chambers & Partners 2024 for High Value Real Estate and leads the firm’s residential real estate team, which have been ranked as Band 1 National Leaders (outside London) by Chambers & Partners since this category commenced.
