About
Zuzana is a solicitor in our Incentives and Pensions teams, advising on a broad range of pensions issues and share plan arrangements. Zuzana completed her traineeship at the firm and is based in our Edinburgh office. She studied law at the University of Edinburgh where she also completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.
Zuzana is a member of the Share Plan Lawyers Group.
Experience
- Advising employers, trustees and corporate clients on a broad range of pensions and incentive matters, including regulatory compliance, governance requirements and day-to-day scheme administration.
- Assisting with the design, implementation and ongoing management of employee share plans and incentive arrangements, including EMI and other UK tax-advantaged share plans.
- Assisting pension scheme trustees and sponsoring employers in relation to scheme changes, liability management exercises, buy-ins and buy-outs, bulk transfers and funding matters.
- Scotland-based company: Advice on the design and implementation of a new management incentive plan.
- Scheme merger: Advice in relation to a merger of multiple defined benefit pension schemes.
