About
Antonia is an associate in the Projects team at the firm. She has a particular focus on the renewable energy sector, assisting with the commercial and regulatory aspects of a variety of energy projects. She has experience advising on solar, onshore and offshore wind, nuclear fusion and energy from waste projects.
She advises energy clients on a range of contractual arrangements including corporate and private wire PPAs, grid connections and licencing issues.
Experience
- Finlight: Advising across it’s solar portfolio, including the development of template agreements and early stage development projects and acquisitions.
- Blue Gem Wind: Advising on the key legal and commercial issues associated with the Erebus 100 MW test and demonstration floating offshore windfarm project in the Celtic Sea, and subsequent grid modification application to resolve and mitigate risks.
- Fusion for Energy (F4E)/ITER: Advising as a seconded legal expert to the world’s biggest experimental project to demonstrate fusion as a viable and sustainable source of energy. Advising on a range of commercial contracts and tender documentation.
- Sheffield City Council: Advising on its procurement of a delivery partner under the Advanced Zoning Programme scheme to deliver a low carbon city scale heat network in Sheffield.
