- Commercial landlords and tenants: Advising on the leasing, acquisition, and disposal of both leasehold and freehold properties.
- Real Estate Finance: Advising on the refinancing of commercial and residential properties, representing both private and commercial lenders, as well as borrowers.
- Renewable energy developers: Assisting renewable energy clients on option agreements, leases, deeds of easement, and other documents for Solar and Wind farm projects.
