For the first webinar of our 2026 Planning and Compulsory Purchase webinar series on Wednesday 11 March at 12pm, we will be focussing on recent law and policy updates relevant to planning and development in Scotland.
 
Sarah Sutherland will be chairing the webinar and our speakers Patrick Munro, Jacqueline Cook and Hermione Kemp will be picking out some of the key changes to law and policy towards the end of 2025 and how they are likely to influence the development sector in 2026, as well as looking ahead to further reforms in the pipeline for this coming year. 

We will also be looking at cases of interest across the energy, built environment and infrastructure sectors.
