Role

Resourcing Administrator

  • Category: Business professional
  • Team: People
  • Location: Bristol
  • Terms: Fixed Term Contract

We spend our days finding great people, and right now, we need one for our own team!

Do you enjoy keeping busy, staying organised and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? Are you someone who can juggle multiple requests at once while keeping everyone updated along the way?

Our Resourcing team is going through a particularly busy period, and we're looking for an organised, proactive Resourcing Administrator to join us on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. You'll support both Emerging Talent (trainees, apprentices) and Experienced Hire recruitment, giving you exposure to the full team and playing a key part in keeping our processes moving.

You'll help us deliver a recruitment experience we're proud of, maintaining high standards of candidate care, ensuring key tasks run on time, and supporting recruiters across a wide range of activities.

What you'll be doing

Day to day, you'll support our recruiters throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. You'll be involved in:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for candidate and colleague queries.
  • Preparing interview documentation (CVs, questions, assessments, presentations).
  • Booking rooms and coordinating logistics for interviews, inductions and candidate touchpoints.
  • Coordinating event logistics, materials, communications and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Producing offer paperwork and supporting pre‑employment screening and right‑to‑work checks.
  • Arranging candidate and team travel bookings and expenses.
  • Processing invoices and keeping internal trackers up to date.
  • Supporting team projects and contributing to process improvements.
  • Keeping recruiters updated with clear, timely communication.

This role has lots of moving parts and is fundamental to keeping our team running smoothly, your organisation and communication skills will be essential.

What we need from you

Previous administration experience is essential. If you've worked in recruitment or HR before, even better, but we'll provide full support and training. We're looking for someone who can bring:

  • Strong organisational skills — you'll be balancing multiple requests, so calm, confident prioritisation is key.
  • A fast‑learning, curious mindset — able to get up to speed quickly and build relationships from day one.
  • Excellent communication skills — you'll engage with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and external partners, often acting as the voice of our team.
  • High attention to detail when preparing documentation or coordinating interviews and events.
  • A proactive, solution‑focused approach, spotting what needs to be done and keeping things moving.
  • A collaborative, team‑oriented style — happy to support colleagues and step in during busy periods.
