Ione is an associate who joined the firm’s Real Estate Team in 2025 and is based in the Edinburgh office.
Working in all aspects of commercial real estate across the UK, Ione is particularly experienced in investment acquisitions, disposals, leasing (representing both landlord and tenant), developments and secured lending.
She has acted for a variety of clients including private investors, REITs, lenders, corporate occupiers and developers. She collaborates with the firm’s banking and corporate teams to provide real estate support to finance and M&A transactions.

- London & Regional: Advising on real estate aspects of the financing of their portfolio of leisure clubs and asset management matters.
- Numa Group: Advising the prominent European hotel operator in relation to their UK expansion.
- Tritax Big Box REIT Plc: A member of the core team in advising and providing support on portfolio transactions.
- Orrön Energy: Acting for the renewable energy company in relation to two large scale data centre projects.
- A FTSE 100 retailer: Advising on ongoing management of their portfolio of retail premises.
