The Government Property Function has adopted the really practical "playbook" format for the Net Zero Estate Playbook published today.

In later blogs, we will be looking at how this builds on the Outcome based approach of the Construction Playbook to provide well grounded guidance that has application not only for the public estate but which may well resonate more widely.
The publication recognises that decarbonisation is not a quick fix and is likely to be delivered over time. The Playbook focuses on the management and structuring of an overall programme, as well as identifying project based actions.
