The team advises landowners, farmers and others across the sector, working closely with our private client and real estate teams, as well as colleagues in related areas such as planning, environment and energy.

We provide contentious and specialist non-contentious advice to a wide range of clients, including some of the country's most high-profile landowners. Our work covers agricultural tenancy law, rural property issues, partnerships, and related contentious trust and probate matters.
