We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Transformation and Projects Team. This is a key role where you will contribute to a range of strategic technology and business change initiatives that support how we work and how we serve our clients.

You will be part of a collaborative team that values clear thinking, practical problem-solving, and thoughtful communication. If you enjoy working with others to understand challenges, explore opportunities, and deliver improvements that make a real difference, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Working with a mix of business and technical projects and programmes.
  • Process mapping for As Is/To Be business processes.
  • Facilitating requirements gathering workshops.
  • Supporting with UAT requirements for the QA process.
  • Analyse business processes and data to identify areas for improvement
  • Help define project scope and resolve complex issues

What we're looking for

  • A BCS BA Practitioner qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working with a mix of business and technical projects and programmes, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Experience in business and systems analysis, including use case and process mapping
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical ideas clearly
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working with people at all levels
  • A practical mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage changing demands
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Visio
  • Excellent inter-personal and stakeholder management skills.
