The Team

Our Energy & Infrastructure team is one of the largest teams in the UK. Joining us means you'll have the chance to enhance your expertise in Energy, while bringing to fruition some of the most innovative and cutting-edge green energy and Net Zero projects in the country. The Work

We have an outstanding reputation working on strategic, complex and innovative projects in the UK. Last year, Burges Salmon's energy team advised on:

  • A 600 Megawatt expansion of a pumped storage hydroelectric scheme
  • Civil works and key equipment supply programmes for a nuclear power plant development for EDF
  • Three tidal energy projects
  • Nine fixed offshore wind, and six floating wind projects, along with one Gigawatt of onshore wind
  • Six Anaerobic Digestion and waste to energy plants

What you will need

  • Evidence of training and experience gained at a firm with a reputation for high quality construction and engineering work.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering construction contracts within the energy sector.
  • The ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients effectively.
  • You will need to be an SRA registered lawyer.
