The Team

 

Our construction and engineering team is one of the largest in the UK. Ranked top tier by both Legal 500 and Chambers, we advise on major development, infrastructure and energy projects that shape how people live. Our construction and engineering team is recognised for delivering strategic, complex and innovative work across the UK to a diverse client base including developers, funders, investors and occupiers.

This role sits in our dedicated built environment sector, where you'll advise on cutting-edge projects in the UK and overseas. You'll work closely with our real estate, planning, banking and corporate lawyers to deliver complex construction, redevelopment and infrastructure projects.

What you'll need

  • Relevant experience supporting on complex construction matters with built environment expertise being paramount
  • To be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
  • Be self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
