We are seeking a proactive Costs Paralegal to join our busy Dispute Resolution team. In this role, you will assist the costs lawyer with the review of invoices in public inquiries and ensure compliance with the Section 40 costs protocol. You will play a vital part in managing the costs process from invoice receipt through to payment, liaising with external firms, and maintaining accurate costs trackers.
You will also draft N260 (statement of costs) documents under the supervision and direction of the costs lawyer, supporting the team in cost budgeting and recovery strategies. This role offers excellent opportunities to develop your costs law expertise through ongoing learning and networking.
