Our award-winning Digital Learning Team is at the heart of this mission - and we're looking for a proactive and organised Digital Learning Coordinator to help us deliver impactful, innovative learning experiences across the firm.

 

This role is on a part-time basis (21 hours) for a 6 month fixed term contract.

 

About the Team

You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team of ten, including Digital Content Designers, Learning Specialists, and a Digital Adoption Specialist. Together, we create and deliver engaging digital learning solutions that support the firm's strategic goals and ensure our people are confident and capable in using the latest technology.

 

The Role

As Digital Learning Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in keeping our learning operations running smoothly. From managing training schedules and supporting firmwide projects, to maintaining our online Learning Management Systems (LMS), your work will directly contribute to the success of our digital learning strategy.

You'll report to the Digital Learning Manager and work closely with colleagues across Learning and Development, the People Team and wider firm.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating training sessions and supporting project rollouts
  • Managing the training team mailbox and responding to queries
  • Supporting the upkeep and data integrity of our LMS
  • Assisting with onboarding and induction resources
  • Administering L&D surveys and analysing feedback
  • Producing internal communications such as newsletters
  • Creating and managing LMS content, reports, and user data
  • Supporting licence renewals and budget tracking
  • Helping to shape the design and layout of our LMS

 

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable using digital tools, especially Office 365
  • Confident working with data and producing reports
  • A strong communicator with a collaborative, can-do attitude
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
  • Interested in digital learning and keen to work with online platforms
