Planning Case Law Update 2023

For the final webinar of our 2023 Planning and Compulsory Purchase webinar series we will rounded off the year with an analysis of the headline cases from the last 12 months.

In this webinar, our speakers focused on CPO and compensation cases including the Supreme Court decision in Curzon relating to certificates of appropriate alternative development, as well as providing an update on DCO decisions which have been handed down in the latter half of the year including Dawes (our July DCO hot topics webinar covered the standout cases in the first half of the year and is available to watch on demand).

They then turned their attention to the TCPA regime, highlighting the practical implications of judgments relating to ten key topics, including the content of officer’s reports, conditions, the scope of s.73 applications and enforcement.
