Biodiversity Net Gain – will 2024 bring clarity?
For the first webinar of our 2024 series we focus on the practical implications of the Biodiversity Net Gain regime. We cover the details of the draft legislation published earlier this month along with recent DEFRA guidance notes and the new BNG PPG. The speakers also provide an up to date account of the regime's implementation in relation to TCPA schemes and NSIPs, as well as recent case law looking at the weight to be attached to BNG in the interim.
