The Pensions Regulator (TPR) has wide ranging new provisions including new criminal powers which enable them to more effectively deal with risks to pension schemes and members.

In this recording of a live webinar, Erica Carroll (director of enforcement) and James Pickering (lawyer) from TPR join Burges Salmon lawyers Clive Pugh (partner), Richard Pettit (partner), Chris Brown (director).

In the session, they discuss how the new regulatory and enforcement powers work in practice and reflect on the impact of these on trustees and employers. We also consider how our Pension Schemes Act Triage Tool can help you to navigate the new powers, in particular focussing on the changes to the notifiable events regime.

This on-demand webinar will be of interest to all trustees, pensions advisers and employers.

We hope you will find this conversation useful and if you have any questions on the topics which were covered, please do get in touch.
