Webinar: The Rise of the Pensions Regulator – an exploration of the new powers

In this webinar, we discuss how the new regulatory and enforcement powers work in practice and consider how they affect pension trustees and scheme sponsors

21 April 2022

The Pensions Regulator (TPR) has wide ranging new provisions including new criminal powers which enable them to more effectively deal with risks to pension schemes and members. In this webinar, we will be joined by Erica Carroll, Director of Enforcement at TPR to discuss how the new regulatory and enforcement powers work in practice and reflect on the impact of these on trustees and employers. We will also discuss how our Pension Schemes Act Triage Tool can help you to navigate the new powers, in particular focussing on the changes to the notifiable events regime.

This webinar will be of interest to all trustees, pensions advisers and employers.

We hope you are able to join us and look forward to seeing you.
