The transaction builds on Burges Salmon’s reputation in the hotels and leisure sector, involving the Banking, Real Estate, Construction and Tax teams and coordination of counsel across several jurisdictions.

Louise Gillon of Bank Leumi says: "This is a major transaction which we are delighted to have completed with the help of Burges Salmon. It allows us to strengthen our portfolio of hotel financing within the UK, and build on our relationship with the 4C Hotel Group.”

Graham Soar says: “This transaction involved sustained cooperation and collaboration from the parties and advisers and we are delighted to have helped Bank Leumi and the 4C Hotel Group complete it. It was a pleasure to work with all parties, especially our long-standing client Bank Leumi.
