The Corporate team from independent UK law firm Burges Salmon has advised the owners of Bristol-based Power Electrics Generators (PEG) on its sale to Glasgow-based generator specialist DTGen.
PEG is widely recognised as one of the most experienced generator sales specialists in the UK. It sells, commissions and installs generators to a blue-chip customer base in the datacentre, industrial and utilities sectors.
The Burges Salmon team advising on the deal was led by partner Nick Graves, alongside senior associate Briony Barber, both from the firm’s Corporate team. Corporate tax support was provided by Hilary Barclay. Luke Bowery and Molly Horton advised on the employment aspects of the transaction, with Emily Scaife and Charlotte Wardman providing banking support.
