Energy sector experts from Burges Salmon have advised The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in relation to the £44.5m project financing of NTR plc’s Quixwood Moor Wind Farm in Scotland.

Construction of the 13 turbine 26.65MW project will start in Q2 2016 and is scheduled for completion by November 2016.

The Burges Salmon team advised RBS in its role as agent, security agent and original lender to the project. The team included lawyers from a range of teams from across the firm including specialists from its Banking, Energy, Construction, Real Estate and Planning units.
